OpenSoft Training Policies, Procedures, Terms & Conditions

Attendance

Students are expected to attend all sessions of each course. In case the students unable to attend a session they must inform our HR staff to make a note of the approved absence. Failure to inform us in advance may lead to cancellation of other classes and the fees will not be refunded. If any installment is pending we will ask you to pay as per the agreed timelines.
The students will be notified via SMS or email as reminder if they did not inform us in advance of their absence .If the students continuously fail to arrive or arrive late or are absent during the programme, no refund will be granted. Periods of absence may not be made up with a free extension at the end of the course.

FREE PHP training @ OpenSoft, Chennai

Time to time we conduct training on PHP or any other courses at our discretion to the benefit of Students and Job Seekers. The training duration of each batch varies and depend on the available time slot. For this FREE training OpenSoft does not give any course materials or course completion, training or workshop certificates. Please note that even though for the training we do not charge any fee, administration & Registration fee will be applicable to all students who register for this FREE training program. Students must attend all the classes and should be punctual when come to training.

1 Day Workshop @ OpenSoft

Open Soft Conducts 1 or 2 day workshop at our premises and gives hands on expertise on PHP and MySQL for freshers. This workshop is chargeable basis and OpenSoft reserves the right to revise the fee, course content etc. There will not be any course material for this training and Workshop attendance certificate will be provided by OpenSoft.

Fees & Payments

Once the Student selects the intended course, He/She must pay the Full fee on enrollment. On case to case basis we may allow installment basis and the fee will be different than the lump sum fee. Please check with our HR& Training services for more information on the installment rate. The agreed installment amount should be paid within the time mentioned in the invoice. If the installment is not paid, then Opensoft will not allow the student to continue the class till they pay the amount. Incase of delayed payment we do not promise that the missed class will be conducted for them separately.
In the best interest of students, they must pay the balance amount on time to avoid such uneasy situations and concentrate on the learning process.

FEES ONCE PAID ONCE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Course content policy

OpenSoft reserves the right to change any course and its content at any point in time without prior intimation to students. OpenSoft also has the right to amend the course package levels and its various feature at any point time without giving any prior intimation to students.

Photography and testimonials

All photos and testmonials taken of students while attending a programme at OpenSoft may be used on our website and on our promotional materials including brochures, banners, flyers, posters, etc.

Warranty

THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES EXCEPT THOSE CONTAINED HEREIN OR IN ANY APPLICABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT. THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY AS TO RESULTS TO BE ATTAINED BY ATTENDING OUR CLASSES OR USING OUR EDUCATION MATERIALS.

Complaints

Complaints must be made in writing and submitted to OpenSoft Staff or Management while the student is attending the course. Complaints will not be given consideration after a student has completed the course. It is our goal to address any issues the Student have and incase of the issue was not resolved by management to the student’s satisfaction, the students are free to take legal remedies. Students are not allowed to post their complaints in any internet public domain. If found, the students will be prosecuted according to law for defamation and for possible damages.

Dispute

In case of any disputes, Courts in Chennai only will have jurisdiction.

General

You agree not to copy our copyrighted material without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use our trademarks, trade names, or other designations in any promotion or publication without our prior written consent.
OpenSoft has rights to amend the policy, procedure, terms and conditions anytime in the future without assigning any reason and prior intimation to anyone.
